Sloppy is definitely fuori stagione...actually it was never di moda in Italia. Italians dress well; that means nicely. Teens are no exception.
Girls would wear nice jeans, tops, skirts and dresses.

Clothes are fitted, not sloppy or baggy. Fitted is clean cut and classy. They are always very well put together and at least one year ahead of everyone else with their fashion trends.If you show up wearing a spaghetti strp belly baring tank... you will be flagged as an American right away.
Boys wear nice jeans, khakis, and what you guys would consider dress tops. But to them are just fashionable. Polo shirts are a standard for males in Italia. You will rarely see a boy in shorts. They just aren't di moda.

ReplyDeleteThe teens in the United States do not always dress slopy!!!! Some people dress nice..... The girls in the United States usually dress nice......most of the time. I usually dont read fashion magazines in my spare time.

ReplyDeleteI think that the boys should dress just like the Italians say it makes them look more presentable. If I was a girly girl like Italian women id probably wear a dress or skirt to school. But im not, so thank god!
I like to read Teen Vogue, it has all the latest fashion tips and ideas that all different ethnics and sized women should try. Teen Vogue also tells you what new items are in fashion for that month, styles change day by day so nothing is ever to accuret. There is a do or do not dress attire list and im thinking not to many people pay attention to that article. Only because a lot of people are still dressing without looking in the mirror or without a light on.
I think their fashion is awesome. I just wouldn't be able to afford most of it.

Well i think if i was a girl in Italy, i wouldnt want to dress in skirts, dresses, and whatever else everyday...i dont think that it would be very comfortable, but we would always look nice. I just wouldnt want to dress like that everyday...i like to wear sweats sometimes.
ReplyDeletei actually really like how the italians dress. the girls dresses and other clothes are very cute. the boys also look very nice in how they dress. but i dont think that i would always like dressing like that, i like to be comfy(: like in my sweats and hoodies! i dont really read any magazines. but when i do i usually look at Seventeen. they have a lot of cute new clothes ideas and things.
ReplyDeleteWell im definitely Moving to Italy now! i Want me One of those Italian Boys;) And i only wear hoodies to school mostly because i just have no time in the morning. i love my bed way to much to get out of it in the morning! The Magazines i Read are Vogue, Elle && Fashion.

ReplyDeleteSome of the Italian fashion looks good, but some of it looks really wierd. I don't look at any magazines for inspiration. I just wear what I think looks cool.
ReplyDeleteWOW! We look like hobos compaired to Italy's teenagers. I don't think i would be wearing a dress on a regular day. I am not that kinda person. Some people it might look good, but not on some of the teenagers in American. There is a big difference between Americans and Italians! Some of those girls look like they haven't ate in days.
ReplyDeleteSome of Italian's fashion is okay and the rest is not usual, here in America. I would read some magazines if I was bored and I was waiting for my mom to get done with her haircut. Usually, I just wear what I think is confortable and whatever makes me look decent.
ReplyDeleteI wouldnt be able to live in Italy. I dont have that much money to dress like that everyday. It is crazy. I love wearing hoodies, I dont think I could never, not wear a hoodie. I really dont like looking at magazines, but the ones I do are Seventeen and Teen Vogue!

and not to offend anyone, but i would feel very lazy coming to school in hoodies and sweatpants all the time, i mean jeans and a nicer jacket are just as comfortable. i'm not a huge fan of polos, but i do wear button down shirts or "dress tops" occasionally.
i don't see how everybody's supposed to keep up with what's in fashion and what's not. i'd be lost on that one. fo sho.
Actually i don't look at any magazines cause i never have any free time. I love that picture of the guy he is hot and usually i wear jeans and a hooddie. I would hate to wear a dress every day just to go outside that would suck!

they do dress nicley and i think we should dress like that so we look nice. I wouldnt mind wearin polo shirts but i dont know about that dress shirt that guy had on. Thats looks a little to fashionable
